Berge Simonian co-founder of Salata was running a small restaurant in an office building in downtown Houston when he noticed a growing trend. More and more dining customers were requesting fresh, healthy salads made-from-scratch.
So his wheels started turning and in October of 2005, Berge, along with his brother-in-law Tony, opened the very first Salata.
They continued to open restaurants across Texas and now throughout the U.S., their mission continues to stay the same, offer fresh, hand-cut produce, lean proteins, and homemade dressings, soups, sauces, custom salads and salad wraps for their guests.
