Max Brenner Has Got The World Of Chocolate In His Hand
With Valentines Day just around the corner and seeing all the isles in stores designated to this chocolate giving lovers holiday, I thought I’d share a themed restaurant who’s main entree is of course CHOCOLATE..
Brenner spent six years working as an apprentice in Paris with chocolatier Michel Chaudunone (one of the world’s best chocolatiers) learning the art of chocolate-making.
If you’re going to open up a chocolate cafe and have the opportunity to learn from a master WHY not!
Themes are big part of what attracts people, combine some favorite liking’s (Chocolate) of a target audience and you can have a goldmine on your hands.

Max Brenner opened in 1996 in Ra’anana, Israel, and began as a small shop selling handmade chocolates by Max Fichtman and Oded Brenner who combined their names for their chocolate themed restaurant.
By 1999, Fichtman and Brenner had opened ten chocolate shops.
Brenner has and continues to take elements of all the ways people daydream and wonder about his beloved sweet and “put every fantasy about chocolate into one place.” Brenner
The day we discovered chocolate-covered Cheez-Its was similar to the day we tried our first deep-fried Oreo … completely and utterly life changing. Sure, we don’t recommend indulging in these bad boys every night while watching Netflix but it’s definitely an indulgence worth saving up calories for.
Green, yellow, red … no matter the color, peppers taste awesome when covered in chocolate brown! Sure, healthy eaters everywhere are cringing at the thought of ruining this fresh and crisp veggie but we’re not talking to them, are we?
Chocolate-Covered Mint Leaves
Mint and chocolate have gone together since … well, forever and we’re officially addicted to a new take on this dynamic duo. Dip a dozen fresh mint leaves in melted chocolate and freeze for 2 hours. Add to cookies, cakes, sundaes, mojitos … you name it!
Most of us can’t help ourselves we love sweets, chocolate in particular, you gotta have some vices in this crazy world! Might as well be something that’s tastes wonderful…

How does a chocolate martini made of creamy milk chocolate and vanilla vodka, with gummy bears instead of olives on skewers laid upon its rim, if that doesn’t work how about a nice deep rich chocolate-flavored stout? It’s no surprise if you feel like going dancing after a frozen Chocolate Disco Cocktail, white chocolate cream, banana, strawberries and rum.
You may never again add boiling water to a powdery coco mix.

The chocolate-hazelnut spread and bananas are the fuel you’ll need to keep going, even when your body is yearning for fresh air.
