This is a great TED Talk.
Sometimes it’s not all about cooking, eating and creating!
Sometimes you need to listen and get inspired…
Chef Keller may be a bit out of his familiar elements a restaurant /kitchen, but there’s clearly a sense of excitement in his speaking voice and pacing on stage.
When he talks about the relationships he has for all those who help him execute his culinary skills, from farmers, cooks, cows, suppliers, to accountants, there is a sincere respect of emotions coming through .
A lot of what he says applies to areas of life other than being a chef and restaurateur.
Things he feels you must to have to be successful and believes they are why he is where he is today- Desire, Training, Mentors, Tools, Leadership, Team Work, and his Mantra- Do a little better than yesterday…
