With Valentines Day just around the corner and seeing all the isles in stores designated to this chocolate giving lovers holiday, I thought I’d share a themed restaurant who’s main entree is of course CHOCOLATE..

Brenner spent six years working as an apprentice in Paris with chocolatier Michel Chaudunone (one of the world’s best chocolatiers) learning the art of chocolate-making.

If you’re going to open up a chocolate cafe and have the opportunity to learn from a master WHY not!

Themes are big part of what attracts people, combine some favorite liking’s (Chocolate) of a target audience and you can have a goldmine on your hands.

Max Brenner opened in 1996 in Ra’anana, Israel, and began as a small shop selling handmade chocolates by Max Fichtman and Oded Brenner who combined their names for their chocolate themed restaurant.

By 1999, Fichtman and Brenner had opened ten chocolate shops.

Sure, we don’t recommend indulging in these bad boys every night while watching Netflix but it’s definitely an indulgence worth saving up calories for.

How does a chocolate martini made of creamy milk chocolate and vanilla vodka, with gummy bears instead of olives on skewers laid upon its rim, if that doesn’t work how about a nice deep rich chocolate-flavored stout? It’s no surprise if you feel like going dancing after a frozen Chocolate Disco Cocktail,  white chocolate cream, banana, strawberries and rum.

Merlot and Hot Chocolate!

In a large saucepan, mix a bag of Max’s dark chocolate caibos with two cups of Merlot. Stir on low heat until chocolate is melted. Add ½ cup of water and ½ cup of milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Whisk for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve in two hug mugs. Add a marshmallow for even more deliciousness.

They steep delights overnight in fresh milk, then blend with ganache to create Max’s Infused Hot Chocolates.

Veg-Out Chocolate Corn-flake Wraps

The chocolate-hazelnut spread and bananas are the fuel you’ll need to keep going, even when your body is yearning for fresh air.

On a large wheat tortilla, spread a layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread (Nutella works best). Top layer with 10-15 thin banana slices, chopped nuts, cornflakes and shredded coconut. Roll the wrap in wax paper and slice diagonally in two!

Besides highlighting a fabulous Theme -Chocolate, lets not kill two birds with one stone, lets love two birds with One Chocolate KISS.
